摘要：制造企业数字化转型已是大势所趋，如何帮助制造企业克服数字化转型的高失败率成为急需解决的关键问题。制造企业数字化转型的影响因素研究通过识别影响制造企业数字化转型的各类因素，能够帮助制造企业明确数字化转型的重点与难点，以提前做好应对准备，提高数字化转型的成功率。研究基于系统性文献综述方法对国内外重要期刊66篇制造企业数字化转型影响因素的文献进行系统梳理，从推动因素与阻碍因素两方面构建制造企业数字化转型影响因素的分析框架。在此基础上，本研究提出制造企业数字化转型影响因素未来需要进一步关注的研究方向。研究结果对于明确制造企业数字化转型影响因素，提升制造企业数字化转型的成功率具有重要的理论与实践意义。

Abstract: Digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises has become a major trend, and how to help manufacturing enterprises overcome the high failure rate of digital transformation has become a key issue that needs to be solved. By identifying various factors that affect digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises, this study on the influencing factors of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises can help manufacturing enterprises clarify the focus and difficulties of digital transformation, so as to prepare for it in advance and improve the success rate of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises. Based on a systematic literature review approach, this study systematically analyzes 66 papers on the influencing factors for digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in important journals at home and abroad, and constructs an analytical framework for the influencing factors for digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises in terms of both enables and barriers. On this basis, this study proposes the future research directions that need to be further focused on the influencing factors for digital transformation in manufacturing enterprises. The research results have important theoretical and practical significance for clarifying the influencing factors of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises and improving the success rate of digital transformation of manufacturing enterprises.
