摘要：数字劳动是伴随平台经济发展而产生的一种新型劳动形式，为政府、企业、劳动者以及社会生活等多个方面带来了机遇和挑战。本文采用系统性文献回顾法，在界定数字劳动概念的基础上，对中国知网（CNKI）和Web of Science（WOS）数据库中检索得到的595篇文献进行了杭理和分析。研究结果表明：平台经济下数字劳动的研究主要集中在组织行为学、战略管理、旅游管理、政治经济学、劳动经济学、传播政治经济学、劳动法学和社会学8个研究范畴。进一步，本文在研究范畴的基础上提炼了平台经济下数字劳动研究的内容框架，并结合内容框架系统阐述了数字劳动的研究现状、研究内容、关注重点等问题。最后，针对现有研究存在的不足，本文对未来数字劳动研究的方向进行了展望。研究结果对于厘清现阶段平台经济下数字劳动研究的现状，以及推动我国平台经济下数字劳动理论研究具有重要意义。

Abstract: Digital labour is a new industrial form brought about by the platform economics, which brings opportunities and challenges to government, enterprises, and workers. In this article, we clarify the definition of the digital labour, and the systematic literature review (SLR) is used to review and analyze 595 articles from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) and Web of Science (WOS). The results show that the existing research scope covers eight fields: organizational behavior, strategic management, tourism management, political economy, labour economics, political economy of communication, labour law and sociology. Then, we extract the basic content framework of the digital labour in platform economics, and systematically elaborate the existing literature, such as current situation, contents and research focus of digital labour. Finally, in response to the shortcomings of the existing literature, this paper provides an outlook on the future direction of digital labour in platform economics. The conclusion has great significance in clarifying the existing literature, and promoting further discussion on the theoretical research of digital labour of platform economics in China.
