摘要：党的二十大报告中强调，"高质量发展是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的首要任务"。要推进高质量发展，就需要进一步深化金融供给侧结构性改革，增强金融服务实体经济的能力。有鉴于此，本文结合报告中"构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制"的两点内容“健全资本市场功能，提高直接融资比重”“依法将各类金融活动全部纳入监管，守住不发生系统性风险的底线”，首先，系统阐释我国债券市场相关情况；其次，结合相关事实介绍债券市场中存在的问题，并结合相关理论与文献对问题背后的机制进行解释；最后，结合债券市场发展目标，给出未来的研究方向。

Abstract: The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized that “high-quality development is the primary task of building a modern socialist country in all respects". To promote high-quality development, it is necessary to further deepen the financial supply-side structural reform and enhance the ability of finance to serve the real edconomy. In view of this, this paper combines two points in the report under "building a high-level socialist market economy system”; “improve the functions of the capital market, increase the proportion of direct financing"; “bring all types of financial activities under supervision in accordance with the law and guard the bottom line of no systemic risk". Firstly, we systematically explain the situation related to China's lond market; secondly, we introduce the problems in the bond market with relevant facts and explain the mechanism behind the problems in combination with relevant theories and literature; finally, we give the future research directions in combination with the development goals of the bond market.
