摘要:基于资源编排与开放式创新理论,选取2015—2022年沪深A股制造业上市公司为研究对象,分析并实证检验数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响,探究开放式创新对数字化转型与企业高质量发展关系的作用机制。研究发现:第一,数字化转型能够驱动企业高质量发展。第二,数字化转型通过提升吸收能力、配置能力与网络能力促进企业高质量发展。第三,数字化转型对企业高质量发展的影响存在开放式创新的门槛效应。开放式创新广度越大,越有利于释放数字化转型对企业高质量发展的促进作用;开放式创新深度过高,则会抑制数字化转型对企业高质量发展的推动作用。本文揭示了数字化转型驱动企业高质量发展的内在机理,提出了有利于中国制造企业高质量发展的开放式创新模式,拓展了资源编排理论的应用情境,为制造企业通过数字化转型突破“低端锁定”困局实现高质量发展,提供了理论指导和现实依据。
Abstract: Based on the theory of resource orchestration and open innovation, the listed companies in the manufacturing industry in Shanghai and Shenzhen A-shares from 2015 to 2022 are selected as the research object to analyze and empirically test the impact of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises, and explore the role mechanism of open innovation on the relationship between digital transformation and the high-quality development of enterprises. The study finds that, first, digital transformation can drive the high-quality development of enterprises. Second, digital transformation promotes high-quality development of enterprises by improving absorptive capacity, configurability and network capacity. Third, the impact of digital transformation on enterprise high-quality development has the threshold effect of open innovation. The greater the breadth of open innovation, the more conducive to unleashing the facilitating effect of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises. If the depth of open innovation is too high, it will inhibit the driving effect of digital transformation on the high-quality development of enterprises. This paper reveals the intrinsic mechanism of digital transformation to drive the high-quality development of enterprises, puts forward an open innovation mode that is conducive to the high-quality development of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, expands the application of resource orchestration theory, and provides theoretical guidance and practical basis for manufacturing enterprises to break through the "low-end locking" predicament and achieve high-quality development through digital transformation.
