With the wide spread of team work model, teamwork has become the basic operation unit of current enterprise. It has been drawn widespread attention from both scholars and mangers to investigate that how to promote team efficiency through job crafting. Drawing upon psychological ownership theory, this study proposed a multilevel model to investigate the effect of highˉinvolvement work system on team job crafting, and further investigated the mediating effect of collective psychological ownership and the regulating effect of team work resource. Adopting a multiˉsource, timeˉlagged questionnaire research design, this study collected data from 164 teams of 54 companies. The result found that highˉinvolvement work system has a significant positive effect on promotionˉfocused team job crafting; and has a significant negative effect on preventionˉfocused team job crafting collective psychological ownership mediates the relationship between highˉinvolvement work system and promotionˉfocused and preventionˉfocused team job crafting; team work resource play a moderating role between collective psychological ownership and team job crafting, and further moderates the indirect effect of highˉinvolvement work system on team job crafting through collective psychological ownership.
